Knowing your stress profile is step one. What you do with it is what changes things. Below, you'll find two ways to keep going — pick whichever matches where you are right now.
Are you feeling the pressure — and wondering how much longer you can keep up this pace?
Your workday never really ends. Emails after dinner, racing thoughts at midnight, weekends that don't feel like weekends. You're constantly available — but never truly present. The boundary between work and rest has disappeared, and exhaustion has become your new normal.
You didn't mean for it to happen. The late evenings became the norm, the weekends got swallowed up, and somehow the things you were working so hard for became the very things you no longer had time for. Missed family moments, abandoned hobbies, friendships on hold — and even when you're physically present, your mind is still at work. It is possible to perform at a high level and still have a life. But not without the right strategies.
There's no single dramatic moment — just a slow accumulation of stress, compromises, and small warnings you've been ignoring. Until one day, your body or mind simply says: enough. Burnout rarely announces itself. It builds quietly, beneath the surface, until it can no longer be pushed aside.
From the outside, everything looks great. But on the inside, you're running on empty. You keep delivering results, but the motivation is fading, the joy is gone, and you're starting to wonder — is this really what success is supposed to feel like?
For years, I ran on adrenaline and willpower. I was delivering results, meeting every deadline, showing up for my team — while quietly falling apart. The stress had become so familiar it felt normal. I told myself I'd slow down after the next project, the next milestone, the next quarter.
Then my body made the decision for me. A health scare — nothing dramatic, but loud enough to stop me — forced me to look honestly at what I was doing to myself. I realised I had built a successful career at the cost of nearly everything else: my sleep, my relationships, my sense of who I actually was outside of work.
That's when I began studying what resilience really means — not toughness, not pushing through, but the ability to recover, to regulate, and to perform sustainably over the long term. I trained in evidence-based coaching methods, tested everything on myself first, and slowly rebuilt.
Today I work with professionals and entrepreneurs who are where I was — high-functioning and quietly struggling. I give them the shortcut I didn't have: practical tools, an honest framework, and someone who genuinely understands the pressure they're under.
"Resilience isn't about becoming someone who never feels stress. It's about learning to move through it — without it moving into everything else."
